My name is Lauren DiCecio Stevens and I’m the founder of Ink Well, LLC.

Throughout my professional career, I always tried to make time to do what I love — write and edit. I’ve edited full-length books, children’s books, magazine and newspaper articles, newsletters, websites, a dissertation proposal, academic papers, press releases, and professional trainings. I authored two white papers, several blogs, and website landing pages. I also conducted research for two published books on foreign policy.

I am a creative soul at heart so I love to develop fun and unconventional copy (menu descriptions, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, etc.). I also thoroughly enjoy editing other peoples’ work to make it shine. At the same time, getting schooled at Georgetown and Columbia University made me a bit of a square so I can meet all your nitty-gritty proofing needs.

You can find me at home curled up with a book, on a bike, or out and about in the Denver area with my partner Nick and our furry pup Emma. Banksy, the wild cat beast, is either out hunting or passed out cold on something as fluffy as he is.
